The plane is far north, likely on a transcontinental route from Asia (recent flights from VMMC/RJAA/RJBB to PACJ suggest a repositioning leg), and now heading toward the US East Coast. Past predictions have been wrong, but the geometry and recurring pattern strongly favor KBOS or KJFK; KBOS is slightly more aligned.
