Ball Corp
Ball Corp landed its Bombardier Global 6000, N400BC, at Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport on the afternoon of May 28 after a three-hour-and-sixteen-minute flight from Adolfo López Mateos International Airport near Mexico City. The departure from MMTO follows a multi-leg swing through Florida, North Carolina, Virginia, and Kansas over the prior week, including a stop just southeast of Charlotte on May 27.
The return to Westminster HQ coincides with a period of active supply-chain discussions for the world's largest aluminum-can maker. Per an analysis by Recycling Today this week, Ball Corp is expected to finalize several long-term supply agreements with North American beverage companies and advance its recycled-content targets ahead of summer peak demand. Mexico, a major source of aluminum scrap and a growing beverage-can market, is a recurring destination for Ball Corp's corporate fleet, suggesting the trip involved site visits or procurement meetings.
Ball Corp shifted to a pure-play metals packaging business after divesting its aerospace division in 2024. CEO Daniel Fisher continues to lead the company from KBJC, and the aircraft's recent flight record shows a familiar rhythm of trips to Chicago, Austin, London, and Houston — but the past week's concentrated tour through the Southeast and Mexico points to a specific round of supplier engagement now concluded.
