Ball Corp
Ball Corp flew from Hillside Airstrip to Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport on June 15, landing just after midnight on June 16. The 56-minute hop in N400BC, a Bombardier Global 6000, brought the company's leadership back to Westminster, Colorado, the same week Ball Corp reported first-quarter 2026 results that beat expectations.
Per Ball Corp's May 5 earnings release, comparable EPS surged more than 20% year-over-year, driven by higher volumes in North America and EMEA, cost discipline, and the integration of Benepack's European beverage can business. CEO Ron Lewis noted the company is "well-positioned to execute and achieve our 2026 objectives," though North American capacity constraints remain a headwind, with the Millersburg, Oregon plant set to ramp up in 2027, as covered by The Canmaker and CRU Group.
The flight follows a pattern of recent trips centered on coordinates near Provo, Utah, suggesting the aircraft may have been repositioning from a regional visit. Ball Corp's base at KBJC keeps the Global 6000 ready for the executive travel that underpins a business now returning at least $800 million to shareholders this year, per the company's guidance.
