ConocoPhillips
ConocoPhillips flew from Houston Bush Intercontinental to Bartlesville Municipal Airport on May 28, a 73-minute hop aboard its Embraer ERJ-145XR (N284CP). The flight arrived just after 1:53 p.m. local time, touching down in the small Oklahoma city that serves as a corporate anchor for the company’s legacy operations.
The trip coincides with ConocoPhillips’ annual meeting of shareholders, held this week in Bartlesville, per the company’s proxy statement filed with the SEC. The gathering, typically a low-key affair for the independent exploration and production firm, draws CEO Ryan Lance and senior leadership to the town that once housed Phillips Petroleum’s headquarters. Bartlesville remains a hub for the company’s mid-continent business and a site for investor engagement.
The May 28 flight follows a pattern of recent crew shuttles between Houston and ConocoPhillips’ field operations in the Permian Basin and the Bakken. Earlier this week, N284CP made multiple trips between Houston and Midland-Odessa, Texas, as well as a run to Bartlesville on May 26. The Bartlesville stop, while less frequent than the Permian runs, aligns with the annual board and shareholder calendar.
