Cristiano Ronaldo
Cristiano Ronaldo flew from Sharm El Sheikh to Nice on May 17, landing aboard his Bombardier Global Express XRS (LX-GOL) after a 3-hour 54-minute journey over the Mediterranean. The Portuguese forward departed Egypt’s Red Sea resort at 11:12 local time and touched down on the Côte d’Azur at 15:07.
The trip lands him on the French Riviera the same week the Cannes Film Festival is underway, drawing celebrities, directors, and brand ambassadors from around the world. Ronaldo, a global icon with his CR7 brand, frequently attends high-profile events in the region, and his arrival aligns with the festival’s second weekend.
The flight follows a brief Egyptian getaway after recent travel to Madrid and Saudi Arabia. Ronaldo’s pattern of mixing business with leisure—shuttling between training camps, promotional appearances, and family holidays—continues with this move to the festival circuit.
