Disney, the Walt Disney Company, flew a Gulfstream G650ER from Los Angeles International Airport to Burbank on May 26, a 15-minute hop that touched down just after 1:48 a.m. local time. The aircraft, tail N650WW, climbed to only 5,050 feet on the short coastal arc.
The same week, D23 members gathered at the Palm Springs Air Museum on May 2 for a first look at the restored interior of Walt Disney's personal Grumman Gulfstream I, known as "The Mouse" or "Mickey Mouse One," per the Walt Disney Archives [wdwnt.com](https://wdwnt.com/2026/05/walt-disneys-1960s-era-company-plane-interior-restored-shared-by-walt-disney-archives/). The multi-year restoration, which includes midcentury-modern furnishings and a galley kitchen, is part of the "Walt Disney: 125 Years of Inspiration" series [laughingplace.com](https://www.laughingplace.com/disney-entertainment/d23-walts-plane-bob-gurr/). The plane, acquired in 1963, logged nearly 20,000 flight hours and carried 83,000 passengers before retiring in 1992 [mickeyviews.com](https://mickeyviews.com/news/inside-walt-disneys-private-plane-restoration-at-the-palm-springs-air-museum/).
The Burbank arrival follows a pattern of executive travel: Disney's fleet frequently shuttles between Burbank, Orlando, and New York. Recent flights show the same aircraft traveled from Burbank to New York on May 24 and from Cabo San Lucas to Los Angeles on May 25, consistent with the company's coast-to-coast operations.
