The 47th president returns to his Mar-a-Lago home base midweek, a familiar pattern of weekend travel.

Donald Trump
Donald Trump flew from Lynden Pindling International Airport in Nassau, Bahamas, to Palm Beach International Airport on May 23, a brief 39-minute hop in his Boeing 757-200 (N757AF). The flight arrived just before 4:20 p.m. local time, touching down at the private-aviation ramp at Palm Beach International.
The trip lands Donald Trump back at his primary residence, Mar-a-Lago, in the middle of the week — a pattern that has defined his second term. Per a Palm Beach Post report cited by [freep.com](https://www.freep.com/story/news/2025/04/11/trump-air-force-one-mar-lago-florida-how-much-cost-boeing/82753367007/), Trump has spent all but two weekends of his presidency so far in Florida. The brief Bahamas layover may have been a personal detour; no public event or business meeting in Nassau appeared on his schedule.
This return home follows a flurry of Washington-to-Palm Beach shuttles in the past month. Trump flew from Dulles to Palm Beach on May 10 and back to Dulles on May 8, per [celebplanes.com](https://www.celebplanes.com/celebrity/donald-trump). When not aboard Air Force One, 'Trump Force One' remains based at Palm Beach International, ready to ferry the president to his Southern White House.
