DuPont
DuPont flew from Wilmington to MBS International Airport in Saginaw, Michigan, on June 17, after a brief local hop at the same airport. The Gulfstream G550 (N581D) made the trip the same week the company announced that its U.S.-based healthcare manufacturing sites are now powered by 100% renewable electricity, per a June 10 press release on PRNewswire.
That milestone, covering 12 facilities, advances DuPont's 2035 climate goals and RE100 commitment. The Saginaw area hosts some of those operations, making this a likely site visit for CEO Lori Koch or other executives to review progress. DuPont has been active this spring, closing the $1.2 billion sale of its Aramids business (as reported by Morningstar on May 5) and approving a 1-for-3 reverse stock split at the May 21 annual meeting (per DuPont's May 26 announcement).
Recent flights show a pattern of transatlantic and domestic travel: DuPont flew to Luxembourg and Milan in early June, then to Florida and New York before this Michigan trip. The company's frequent destinations include Chicago, Washington, and Houston, but Saginaw aligns with the manufacturing and regulatory focus of a firm navigating a portfolio shift.
