DuPont's Gulfstream G550 (N581D) flew from Southwest Florida International Airport to Trenton Mercer Airport on June 19, a two-hour, 27-minute hop that landed the company's corporate jet in central New Jersey late Friday afternoon.
The trip comes the same week DuPont announced a 1-for-3 reverse stock split, approved by stockholders on May 21 and set to take effect June 24, per the company's press release. CEO Lori Koch and CFO Antonella Franzen have been managing the post-split share structure while reaffirming 2026 guidance after first-quarter earnings beat estimates — a period that has required frequent travel to meet with investors and analysts.
The Wilmington, Delaware-based chemical giant has made multiple short-haul flights from its home base in recent weeks, including trips to Buffalo and Toronto, but this weekend arrival at Trenton — a common gateway for the New York and Philadelphia financial corridors — suggests a round of investor meetings or board activity tied to the share consolidation. DuPont flew N581D to the same airport on May 9 before returning to Wilmington.
