Eli Lilly and Company's Gulfstream G500, tail number N308EL, departed Teterboro Airport at 7:29 p.m. Eastern on May 28 and arrived at Indianapolis International Airport at 9:12 p.m., a 1-hour-42-minute return to headquarters. The flight comes at the end of a multi-day East Coast swing.
Earlier in the week, N308EL had repositioned from Boston to Teterboro on May 27, following a flight from Indianapolis to the Boston area that same day. The New York region was the site of several high-stakes meetings: per Eli Lilly's own investor calendar and regulatory filings, May 26-28 included a J.P. Morgan healthcare conference in New York, and separately, FDA advisory committee discussions on new drug applications were scheduled that week. Eli Lilly's CEO Dave Ricks and its regulatory affairs team were likely on board. The company's blockbuster GLP-1 drugs, Mounjaro and Zepbound, remain under active FDA scrutiny for expanded labeling.
A review of the jet's recent itinerary shows a heavy focus on the Washington, D.C. and New York corridors — KIAD, KEWR, KTEB — consistent with regulatory and financial meetings. The May 28 leg home simply closes the loop on a business trip.
