Fifth Third
Fifth Third flew from Moraine Air Park near Dayton, Ohio, to Teterboro Airport on Tuesday afternoon, landing at 2:27 p.m. Eastern after a 1-hour, 28-minute hop in its Bombardier Challenger 300 (N167FT). The flight arrives the same week the bank’s chief financial officer, Bryan Preston, and chief credit officer, Kristof Schneider, are scheduled to speak at the Morgan Stanley US Financials Conference in New York on June 10, per a company announcement [ir.53.com](https://ir.53.com/news/news-details/2026/Fifth-Third-Bancorp-to-Participate-in-the-Morgan-Stanley-US-Financials-Conference/default.aspx).
CEO Tim Spence is also in town for a bigger milestone: Fifth Third will transfer its stock listing from Nasdaq to the New York Stock Exchange on June 12, and Spence will ring the NYSE opening bell that morning, according to a separate release [ir.53.com](https://ir.53.com/news/news-details/2026/Fifth-Third-Announces-Transfer-of-Listing-of-Common-Stock-to-the-New-York-Stock-Exchange/default.aspx). The bank called it the largest transfer in NYSE history.
The trip continues a pattern of frequent Fifth Third flights to the New York area. The bank’s Challenger 300 made a round trip between Cincinnati and Teterboro on May 26–27, and has also visited Washington, D.C., and Atlanta in recent weeks. With the Comerica integration still underway and a planned systems conversion over Labor Day, the bank’s leadership has plenty to discuss with investors.
