Hess
Hess flew from Trenton Mercer Airport to Newark Liberty International Airport on June 18, 2026, a 28-minute hop in a Gulfstream G650ER (tail N1454H) that reached a modest 5,125 feet.
The flight lands the same week Chevron continues to integrate Hess Corporation following the $53 billion acquisition that closed in July 2025. As reported by CNBC at the time of closing, Chevron CEO Mike Wirth said headcount reductions were anticipated as the two companies combine. The merger gave Chevron a 30% stake in the massive Stabroek Block offshore Guyana, which per an Offshore Energy report now produces over 650,000 barrels per day from three FPSO vessels.
N1454H is no stranger to the Northeast corridor. The aircraft's recent pattern shows frequent shuttles between Trenton and Newark, as well as flights to Washington Dulles and a trip from Guyana in mid-June. The short Newark hop suggests a day trip from the company's New York headquarters or meetings with Chevron leadership at the New York office.
