Jerry Jones flew from Ezeiza International Airport in Buenos Aires to Circle R Ranch Airport in Texas on May 14, 2026, a 10-hour, 59-minute journey in the team’s Gulfstream V. The trip capped a week of travel across Argentina, with previous stops in Cordoba and Villa Carlos Paz, before returning stateside.
The visit comes as the Dallas Cowboys prepare for their first international game in Brazil this season, a matchup in Rio de Janeiro’s Maracanã Stadium announced during Super Bowl week in February. Jones told the Fort Worth Star-Telegram at the time that he has “a lot of business in Brazil” spanning 35 years, and the team’s front office has been scouting South American markets ahead of the game.
Jones’s travel pattern this month shows a deliberate focus on the region: a May 10 flight from Dallas to Peru, then onward to Argentina, before the return leg. The Cowboys have not played an international game since 2014, and Jones has made clear he sees Brazil as a key growth opportunity for the franchise’s fanbase, per the team’s official site.
