Johnson & Johnson
Johnson & Johnson flew from Altemose Ultralightport in Pennsylvania to Trenton Mercer Airport on June 10, a 12-minute hop that landed just before midnight. The Gulfstream G650ER, tail number N400J, had earlier that day completed a longer leg from the San Francisco Bay Area, suggesting a quick turnaround for executives.
The flight arrives the same week Johnson & Johnson announced it would acquire Firefly Bio, Inc. for $1 billion in cash, per a press release on the company's investor site. The deal, announced June 8, adds a novel degrader antibody conjugate platform targeting KRAS-driven solid tumors. The company also presented new data on nipocalimab for Sjögren's disease at the EULAR Congress on June 3, as covered by Morningstar.
The recent flight pattern shows Johnson & Johnson's N400J made a round trip between Trenton and the West Coast, with a stop in Shannon, Ireland, on June 8. The jet's home base is Morristown Municipal Airport, but Trenton Mercer serves as a frequent alternate for the New Brunswick-based company.
