NextEra Energy
NextEra Energy flew from Snow Hill Airport in eastern North Carolina to Richmond International Airport on Monday evening, May 18, 2026, a short 35-minute hop aboard its Embraer Praetor 600, tail N31MW. The flight arrived just before midnight.
The same week, NextEra Energy’s senior management team is participating in a series of investor meetings across the country, part of a roadshow announced on May 4 that runs through May and June, per a company news release. The sessions are intended to discuss long-term growth-rate expectations, reaffirming guidance from the first-quarter earnings call on April 23. Richmond sits within a region dense with institutional investors and energy-sector funds, making it a logical stop on the circuit.
The Richmond arrival follows a pattern of concentrated East Coast travel in recent days. Over the past week, NextEra Energy’s fleet has shuttled between Palm Beach, New York, and Virginia, with multiple hops to and from the New York metro area. The company, which owns Florida Power & Light and is building out record renewable and gas generation to meet data-center demand, keeps its three Praetor 600s busy moving executives between headquarters in Juno Beach and the financial centers where capital decisions are made.
