NextEra Energy
NextEra Energy flew from Ireland West Airport Knock to London Stansted on June 7, 2026, aboard its Embraer Praetor 600, tail N31MW. The 97-minute hop across the Irish Sea arrived just after 9 a.m. local time.
The trip comes the same week NextEra Energy and Dominion Energy announced their all-stock merger, creating the world's largest regulated electric utility, per a May 18 press release from the companies. The combined entity will serve about 10 million customer accounts across Florida, Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina, with dual headquarters in Juno Beach and Richmond. CEO John Ketchum is set to lead the combined company.
The flight is one of several recent trips by NextEra Energy's fleet of three Praetor 600s, which typically shuttle executives between Florida and recurring destinations like Houston, Chicago, and Washington. The Ireland-to-London leg suggests a European leg of a broader business tour, likely tied to the merger's regulatory and investor outreach.
