Nike Inc. flew its Gulfstream G650 (N6453) from São Paulo/Guarulhos to London Luton on May 25, completing the 10-hour, 45-minute transatlantic crossing a day after the same aircraft had arrived in Brazil from the Los Angeles area on May 23.
The trip lands in London the same week as a series of previously unreported executive review meetings that often convene at Nike's European headquarters near Hilversum, Netherlands, according to flight patterns tracked by Celebplanes. London Luton serves as a regular gateway for those gatherings. The G650's May 12-16 round trip between Hillsboro (Portland) and Luton underscores the route's importance to corporate operations, per flight history data.
Nike, the Beaverton, Oregon-based sportswear giant, has long used its fleet of Gulfstream aircraft—including N6453 and the sister ship N1KE—to shuttle executives, athletes, and business partners between continents. The company previously told ProPublica that private flights are used for "specific high-level meetings and events that require executive presence" and cannot be conducted remotely.
