Steve Wynn flew from Las Vegas to Las Vegas on June 20, a two-minute, 4,050-foot repositioning of his Gulfstream G700 (N88WR) on the tarmac at Harry Reid International Airport. The brief hop, recorded at a max ground speed of 200.6 knots, is a ground movement rather than a true flight.
The same week, Wynn Las Vegas debuted its opening art exhibition at Zero Bond, the private members club, curated through a collaboration with Heather James. The exhibition, announced in a March 11 PR Newswire release, features works by Amedeo Modigliani, Renoir, and Andy Warhol, alongside Chinese and Japanese antiquities. Todd-Avery Lenahan, Wynn Design & Development's President and Chief Creative Officer, called the collection “a testament to Wynn's commitment to artistic expression” in the release. While Wynn no longer holds a stake in the company he founded, the resort continues to bear his name and influence.
The brief ground movement is consistent with Wynn's pattern of shuttling between Las Vegas and his Palm Beach home base, per flight history data. It suggests a routine repositioning rather than a newsworthy journey.
