Steve Wynn
Steve Wynn flew from Sun Hill Ranch Airport in rural California to Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas on June 21, a 29-minute hop in his Gulfstream G700 (N88WR). The short flight from the high desert to the Strip marks another arrival in a city he helped build but no longer controls.
The same week, Wynn Resorts reported a strong first quarter — including the best March in the property's history, per 8newsnow.com. Revenues increased 5.9% and earnings rose 4.1% compared to the first quarter of 2025. CEO Craig Billings attributed the gains to luxury retail sales, a 10% year-over-year increase in RevPAR, and the recent openings of Sartiano's Italian Steakhouse and the exclusive Zero Bond club at Wynn Las Vegas. While Steve Wynn sold his entire $2.1B stake in 2018 amid misconduct allegations he denies, the company he founded continues to thrive.
The flight follows a pattern of frequent shuttling between Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and Texas seen in recent weeks. N88WR crisscrossed the West in June, making multiple trips between KLAS, Los Angeles-area airports, and Fort Worth. Wynn's Gulfstream G700 is based in Palm Beach, but Las Vegas remains a recurring destination.
