Tim Draper
Tim Drafer flew from his Sky Valley Ranch Airport in North Carolina to Nashville International Airport on June 4, a 3-hour-47-minute hop in his Gulfstream G550. The trip came after a string of international flights in late May that took him from San Jose to Los Angeles, then to Iceland and Scotland, before returning to California.
The same week Draper landed in Nashville, the city is hosting the Bitcoin 2026 conference at the Music City Center, per the event's official schedule. Draper, an early investor in Bitcoin and a vocal maximalist, has been a regular speaker at the conference in previous years. The event runs June 5–7 and features panels on regulation, mining, and institutional adoption.
Draper's recent travel pattern shows a man shuttling between his Silicon Valley base, his North Carolina ranch, and international hubs. The Nashville detour fits squarely into his public calendar: a maximalist making a pilgrimage to the annual Bitcoin gathering, where he is likely to appear on stage or in the halls, pressing the case for digital gold.
