Tyler Perry
Tyler Perry flew from San Juan’s Fernando Luis Ribas Dominicci Airport to Fulton County Airport Brown Field on the evening of June 1, 2026, a 3-hour-26-minute hop in his Embraer E-190, N378TP. The Bahamas-based departure suggests a visit to his White Bay Cay property on Eleuthera — videos recently surfaced of new construction on the island, per local Eleuthra News reports — before heading back to his Atlanta-area estate.
The return lands in Atlanta the same week the BET Awards production team begins load-in at the Peachtree complex, an event Perry has produced and appeared in for years. The filmmaker also has the second season of Tyler Perry’s Sistas in post-production and a BET+ deal worth an estimated $150M, according to Variety’s June coverage. Perry’s Embraer — a 100-seat regional jet converted for private use and acquired for roughly $65M — has logged 121 flights and more than 154,000 miles since entering service.
Fulton County Airport, just a 20-minute drive from Perry’s 856-acre Douglasville estate, is his de facto home base. The pattern of recent flights — shuttling between Atlanta, South Florida, and the Bahamas — reflects a production schedule that remains aggressive even as Perry prepares to open his 330-acre studio lot expansion later this year.
