Warner Bros Discovery flew from Washington Dulles International Airport to Sugar Land Regional Airport, outside Houston, on June 9, a two-hour, 31-minute trip aboard its Dassault Falcon 900EX (tail N304K). The aircraft reached 40,025 feet and a top ground speed of 484.5 knots.
The same week the flight touched down, the company’s $110 billion acquisition by Paramount Skydance is in the final stages of regulatory review, with the Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission scrutinizing the deal, per the Hollywood Record. Warner Bros Discovery also reported a $2.9 billion net loss for the first quarter, largely due to a $2.8 billion termination fee owed to Netflix after Paramount submitted a superior offer, according to Variety. CEO David Zaslav is expected to exit with at least $550 million in payouts.
Sugar Land is not among Warner Bros Discovery’s typical recurring destinations, which include Los Angeles, Atlanta, and Orlando. Recent flights by this Falcon 900EX show a pattern of East Coast shuttles between Charlotte, New York, and Washington. The aircraft is one of three covered by an amended time-sharing agreement with Zaslav signed in December 2025, as noted by footnoted.com. Whether the fleet survives the merger remains uncertain.
