Hess

The current track of 10.3° points almost due north; EGLL is only 26° off (just outside the 25° strict alignment) at a plausible 679 nm, while all other candidates are far behind (Δhdg > 60°). EGLL is a recurring destination for Hess, and past predictions show a tendency to miss OMDB or US airports when the plane is over the eastern Atlantic. This geometry strongly suggests a final leg to London.
