Brad Garlinghouse flew from a coastal San Luis Obispo County airport to Santa Barbara Municipal Airport on June 7, a 43-minute hop aboard his Bombardier Global 6000, N100RP. The departure point, Oceano County Airport, sits near Pismo Beach and the broader Central Coast region where Garlinghouse has been spotted in recent days.
The trip lands in Santa Barbara the same week Garlinghouse headlined the XRP Las Vegas conference, where the Ripple CEO declared that "all roads lead back to Ripple’s North Star, XRP" and urged passage of the Clarity Act before a May committee deadline, per multiple crypto news outlets covering the event. He also told CoinDesk at Consensus 2026 that he is "not an XRP maxi" and holds Bitcoin and Ethereum, reinforcing a multi-chain vision.
Garlinghouse has been crisscrossing California and Nevada frequently: the flight follows a June 2 trip from San Jose to Fort Lauderdale, then back to Southern California on June 3, and multiple short hops around the Los Angeles basin this week. The Santa Barbara area has no major conference on the calendar, suggesting the CEO may be returning to a coastal residence after a busy week of public appearances.
