Cristiano Ronaldo
Cristiano Ronaldo flew from King Abdul Aziz Military Academy Airport to King Khalid International Airport on May 23–25, 2026, a 44-hour trip that landed in Riyadh early Tuesday. The Bombardier Global Express XRS, registered as LX-GOL, spent more than a day and a half in the air before touching down at his home base.
The timing aligns with a milestone for the 41-year-old forward: Al-Nassr clinched the Saudi Pro League title on the final day of the season, with Ronaldo scoring twice in a 4-1 win over Damac, per a BBC Sport report. It is his first league championship in Saudi Arabia and the eighth of his career, following titles in England, Spain, and Italy. The club's victory ended a seven-year drought and capped a season that also saw them lose the AFC Champions League Two final to Gamba Osaka.
Ronaldo’s recent flight history shows a pattern of transcontinental movement: he flew from Madrid to Funchal on May 13, then back to Madrid, and onward to the Red Sea coast before this trip. The return to Riyadh suggests the forward is settling back into the capital for post-season obligations, with the Asian Football Confederation having rescheduled West Region matches amid the Iran conflict that disrupted the region’s football calendar earlier this year.
