By accessing or using celebplanes.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these terms from time to time. If you keep using the Site after changes are posted, that counts as accepting the revised terms.

Celebplanes is an independent flight-tracking publication. It covers private aircraft owned by celebrities and corporations. We show their publicly broadcast ADS-B data next to our own editorial analysis, emissions estimates and flight histories. All underlying flight data comes from public radio broadcasts. Any aircraft with an ADS-B transponder sends these in the clear, because the FAA requires it.

The Site is provided for informational and editorial purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice of any kind.

You may access and read the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may link to pages on the Site with attribution. You may not scrape, bulk-download, republish, resell, or otherwise redistribute the Site’s content or data without our prior written permission. You agree not to:

• Use the Site to harass, stalk, dox, or otherwise harm any individual.
• Use flight data to facilitate any unlawful surveillance or targeted intimidation.
• Attempt to access any part of the Site’s infrastructure beyond the public web interface.
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-collect data at a rate that disrupts normal service.
• Misrepresent the Site’s content or impersonate Celebplanes in any form.

The editorial content on this Site is the property of Celebplanes and is protected by copyright. That includes articles, analyses, headlines, design and original writing. The underlying flight positions and aircraft registration data are public-domain facts and carry no copyright. You may cite or quote our editorial content with attribution. You may not reproduce it in full without permission.

The Site shows ads served by Google AdSense and other third-party networks. We do not control the content of those ads. To learn how advertising data is handled, see our Privacy Policy.

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Flight data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. See our Disclaimer for the full scope of data limitations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Celebplanes and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any information published here.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
