Goldman Sachs flew from Agua Dulce Airpark in California to a private airstrip near Fort Worth, Texas on June 1, 2026, aboard its Gulfstream G280, tail number N280WS. The 2-hour 39-minute flight touched down at 32.563, -97.310 just before 8 p.m. local time.
The same week, Goldman Sachs is managing a $6 billion bond issuance for a major Texas-based energy company, per a Bloomberg report published on May 30. The deal, one of the largest corporate debt offerings this quarter, requires in-person meetings with institutional investors in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The bank's CEO David Solomon has personally attended similar roadshows in the past.
The trip follows a busy week for the Goldman Sachs fleet. On May 29, the same aircraft flew from Teterboro to Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and back, likely for client meetings. The G280 is the bank's mid-range workhorse, suited for quick regional hops like this Texas visit, while the G650ER handles longer hauls to London or Dubai.
