Jake Paul
Jake Paul flew from Burbank, Burbank, California to San Juan, Puerto Rico on Sunday night, May 17, landing his Bombardier Global Express XRS at Luis Munoz Marin International just after 9 p.m. local time. The 6-hour, 9-minute flight brought him home after a short West Coast run.
The trip back comes the same week Paul told Ariel Helwani, per multiple outlets that he is still awaiting results from new scans of his jaw, broken in two places during his December knockout loss to Anthony Joshua. Per The Ring, Paul admitted his doctors do not want him to fight again and that retirement has crossed his mind. He also said a return may hinge on how the bone heals — and on getting a dental implant for a missing tooth. The scans, per the interview, were scheduled for this week.
The flight from Burbank to San Juan fits a pattern: Paul recently flew from Miami to Burbank on May 14, and from San Juan to Miami on May 12. He shuttles frequently between his homes in Puerto Rico and Austin, using Los Angeles as a business hub for his company, Most Valuable Promotions.
