M.A. Yusuff Ali
M.A. Yusuff Ali's Gulfstream G600 (T7-YMA) was tracked departing Indira Gandhi International Airport (VIDP) on June 27 and arriving at Al Bateen Executive Airport (OMAD) in Abu Dhabi after a 2-hour 49-minute flight. The aircraft reached a maximum altitude of 43,000 feet and a top ground speed of 535 knots.
If M.A. Yusuff Ali was aboard, the timing would suggest a return from a busy week of business dealings. The flight follows a June 24 report in Gulf Times detailing LuLu Group's QR500mn investment pipeline in Qatar, including new hypermarkets in Baraha Town, Al Waab, and Qetaifan Island. The chairman had also met with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi earlier this year to discuss food supply continuity to GCC markets, per Business Today and The Peninsula Qatar.
The aircraft's recent flight history shows a pattern of regional connectivity: it flew from Abu Dhabi to Dammam on June 22, then to Mumbai and New Delhi on June 17-18, before returning to Abu Dhabi. The G600, acquired in 2024, is well-suited for such multi-stop itineraries across the Gulf and South Asia.
