Michael Saylor landed his 2008 Bombardier Global Express, N3877, at Peachtree City Falcon Field on June 17 after a 56-minute hop from Virginia Tech Montgomery Executive Airport. The flight, a short hop from his home base near Washington Dulles, arrives in the greater Atlanta area the same week Strategy Inc. publicly defended its decision to sell 32 Bitcoin — the first such disposal since 2022.
As reported by BTC Peers and CoinsProbe this week, Strategy sold roughly $2.5 million in Bitcoin between May 26 and May 31 to fund preferred stock distributions. Speaking at BTC Prague, Michael Saylor clarified his long-standing advice, stating: “I told you not to sell Bitcoin. I never said the company wouldn’t sell.” The company promptly repurchased 1,550 Bitcoin at a lower average price of $65,332, ending the sequence with a net gain of 1,518 coins, per disclosures cited by both outlets.
The Georgia landing follows a pattern of short business hops: earlier this month, N3877 flew from Dulles to Marrakesh and back, and shuttled between Miami and Teterboro. Peachtree City, home to several corporate headquarters, suggests a quiet boardroom visit — or, after a $40 million tax fraud settlement with D.C. last year, perhaps a meeting with counsel. The aircraft’s ADS-B track shows no further movement as of late afternoon.
