The trip appears to be personal: Netflix’s 2026 proxy statement permits co-CEOs Ted Sarandos and Greg Peters and their families to use corporate aircraft for personal travel, with Sarandos reporting $532,934 in personal aircraft costs last year. The flight lands the same week many executives are wrapping up spring vacations in the mountain West, per seasonal flight patterns observed by celebplanes.

Santa Barbara is not among Netflix’s recurrent business destinations—listed as Atlanta, Toronto, Burbank, and London—but the area is home to several high-profile residences.
