Pfizer's Gulfstream G650ER, tail N5CP, was tracked flying from Northeast Philadelphia Airport to Paris-Le Bourget Airport on June 25, arriving early June 26. The 6-hour transatlantic hop follows a pattern of frequent Pfizer movements between the U.S. and Europe.
If Albert Bourla was aboard, the timing aligns with a tense period for Pfizer's German operations. Per a Reuters report published June 10, Bourla warned German Chancellor Friedrich Merz that proposed healthcare cost-cutting measures put planned investments in Germany at risk. The letter, first reported by Handelsblatt, comes as Eli Lilly and Boehringer Ingelheim have also scaled back German commitments.
Pfizer's fleet has shown a steady rhythm of transatlantic flights this spring, including a São Paulo-to-Paris leg on May 22 and a Paris-to-Toluca, Mexico round trip on May 18-20. The company maintains a mixed Gulfstream fleet out of Westchester County, with the G650ERs frequently shuttling between U.S. headquarters and European hubs like Frankfurt and Paris.
