PNC Financial flew a Bombardier Challenger 300 (N852DL) from Allegheny County Airport to Teterboro Airport on June 11, a 51-minute hop to the New York area. The aircraft reached 25,025 feet and a top speed of 477.8 knots before landing just before noon.
The trip comes two days after Chairman and CEO William Demchak and CFO Robert Reilly spoke at the Morgan Stanley U.S. Financials Conference in New York City on June 9, per a company press release [investor.pnc.com](https://investor.pnc.com/news-events/financial-press-releases/detail/686/pnc-executives-to-speak-at-morgan-stanley-us-financials-investor-conference). A transcript of the session on Seeking Alpha shows Demchak telling analysts that corporate activity is "very strong" and consumer credit is "much better this year than last year" [seekingalpha.com](https://seekingalpha.com/article/4913430-the-pnc-financial-services-group-inc-pnc-presents-at-morgan-stanley-us-financials-conference).
The Challenger 300 had flown into Pittsburgh from Washington D.C. and Philadelphia in the two days prior, suggesting a rotation of aircraft to keep executive travel flexible. The bank, which also operates a Global 5000 and a second Challenger 300, keeps its fleet at Allegheny County for quick access to Pittsburgh headquarters.
