State Farm returns to Bloomington headquarters amid California wildfire claims scandal

According to a California Department of Insurance release, investigators found 398 violations of state law in a sample of 220 claims, including slow investigations, underpayments, and repeated adjuster reassignments. The department is seeking millions in penalties, per Bloomberg.
