Taylor Swift
Taylor Swift flew from Groton, Connecticut, the airport closest to her Watch Hill, Rhode Island estate, to Morristown Municipal Airport in New Jersey on June 20, a 39-minute hop in her Dassault Falcon 7X, N3200X.
The flight lands the same week that New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani publicly confirmed Swift and Travis Kelce will wed in the Big Apple before the FIFA World Cup ends July 19, per a Realtor.com report on June 16. Page Six reported June 18 that guests have already gathered at Swift’s Rhode Island mansion, fueling speculation of a bachelorette party or pre-wedding event, while local news outlet WJAR noted a tent at the Ocean House resort but said police have no preparations for a large Swift-related event.
The singer has been shuttling between Nashville, New York, and Rhode Island in recent days: she flew from Morristown to Nashville on June 13, then to Tampa and back on June 12, and spent nine hours recording at Electric Lady Studios in New York on June 15, per E! Online. With a wedding date reportedly set for July 3 at Madison Square Garden, this trip to the New York area is the latest in a pattern of frequent visits to the city and its surrounding airports.
