Dmitry Rybolovlev is a Russian businessman who built his $6.7 billion fortune in Uralkali, Russia's largest potash fertilizer producer, before selling his stake for $6.5 billion in 2010. He is best known internationally as the majority owner of AS Monaco football club since 2011. He resides in Monaco's La Belle Epoque penthouse, believed to be the principality's most expensive residence at $300 million.
