Don Levin, 74, founded D.R.L. Enterprises in 1969 and built it into the rolling-paper business that sells more cigarette papers than anyone else in the world. The story he tells starts with a friend talking him out of following his father into used cars and into buying Adams Apple, a Chicago head shop; noticing that most of what walked out the door was rolling papers, he started distributing them to smoke shops instead. In 2000 he bought OCB and JOB from the French paper magnate Vincent Bolloré, which put the two most recognised names in the category alongside his own E-Z Wider. Republic Brands now turns over roughly $600M a year on a vertically integrated base that includes its own paper mill. Forbes puts him at $2.9B and notes the obvious irony: he does not smoke.
DRL is not only tobacco. The Glenview holding company also has interests in aircraft and medical-equipment leasing, licensed sports merchandise, and film production and distribution. He co-founded the Chicago Wolves in January 1994 and has been the AHL club's chairman since the franchise started.
N133RL is a Dassault Falcon 6X, serial 021, hex A087D8, registered 17 August 2025. The FAA names DRL ENTERPRISES INC at 2301 Ravine Way in Glenview — no trustee and no management company in the middle, and the same suburb Forbes lists as his residence, so this one needs no inference. The 6X is Dassault's newest widebody twin, certified in 2023, with the widest cabin of any purpose-built business jet.
Chicago Executive is where a North Shore aircraft of this size would be kept and is eight miles from Glenview, but it is read off the registry address rather than observed.

Yes. The FAA requires planes with transponders to broadcast their position over ADS-B, and the signal is not encrypted. We collect that public data from adsb.lol and ADSB.fi, two open flight-tracking networks. News outlets and university researchers use the same kind of data. Our methodology page explains how it works.
