The aircraft is heading 359° at 169 kt, just north of Tallahassee. The only candidate with a Δhdg ≤ 25° is KIAD at 32° (Δhdg 33°, just outside the strict 25° threshold but still the most aligned). All other candidates are behind the plane (Δhdg > 85°). KIAD is a recurring destination for federal coordination, and the plane is likely climbing out on a northward leg. Past predictions have been wrong 10/10, often guessing southward destinations when the plane was actually heading north, so I am correcting that pattern. Confidence is moderate because the Δhdg is slightly above the alignment cutoff and the distance (615 nm) is near the Citation Latitude's max range, but plausible for a direct leg.
