Glenn Youngkin
A Beechcraft King Air 350 operated by the Virginia Department of Aviation (N2VA) was tracked flying from New River Valley Airport (KPSK) to Richmond International Airport (KRIC) on the evening of June 29, touching down after a 1-hour, 33-minute flight.
If former Governor Glenn Youngkin was aboard, the trip would land him in the capital the same week reports continue to circulate about his next steps. Following a single term limited by Virginia law, Youngkin has been coy about whether he will seek higher office. As covered by The Triangle, he has declined to share his plans in recent public appearances, fueling speculation over a potential run for president or a move into the private sector.
The flight is one of several hops tracked over the past two days, including a return from Norfolk earlier in the day. During his tenure, Youngkin frequently used state aircraft for official travel and was documented taking private jets for political events, including an Altria-owned plane to the 2024 Republican National Convention. With his governorship concluded, any continued use of state resources would raise questions—if he were indeed on board.
