Marcel Boekhoorn
Marcel Boekhoorn's Dassault Falcon 900, registration PH-NDK, was tracked departing Ibiza Airport (LEIB) on the morning of 1 July 2026 and arriving at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol (EHAM) after a 2-hour, 29-minute flight at a maximum altitude of 40,075 feet. The aircraft's previous week included stops in Tirana, Florence, and Marbella before reaching the Balearic island.
If Marcel Boekhoorn was aboard, the return to his home base would come as the investor faces a deadlock in negotiations with his largest group of HEMA bondholders, who rejected a €523 million offer that would have halved the retailer's debt, per a statement from Ramphastos Investments. Boekhoorn expressed disappointment, noting the counterparty appears to favor a market test over accepting the proposal.
Boekhoorn has been circling the Mediterranean on PH-NDK since mid-June, with flights traced to Zurich, Florence, and Tirana — an itinerary that suggests a working trip between his retail holdings and investment portfolio. Schiphol is not his primary base, so the landing there, rather than at Rotterdam The Hague Airport, may indicate a meeting scheduled near the capital.
