Michael Saylor, executive chairman of Strategy Inc., arrived at Washington Dulles International Airport on May 20, 2026, aboard his Bombardier Global Express N3877, after a 7-hour 50-minute flight from Marrakesh, Morocco. The trip caps a short Moroccan visit that began May 15, when the jet flew from Dulles to Marrakesh—a journey the 821 393 LLC-owned aircraft has not made in recent records.

Saylor returns to the D.C. area the same week that marks nearly two years since he and his company agreed to pay $40 million to settle a tax fraud lawsuit brought by the District of Columbia Attorney General, per CNBC’s June 2024 report. The suit, filed in August 2022, alleged Saylor evaded more than $25 million in D.C. income taxes between 2005 and 2020 by claiming Florida residency while living primarily in his Georgetown penthouse, “Trigate.” The D.C. Office of the Attorney General cited FAA flight records from N3877—along with Facebook posts and witness accounts—as evidence of Saylor’s physical presence in the District.

Though Saylor has publicly insisted his primary residence is the Miami Beach mansion “Villa Vecchia,” the jet’s flight history continues to show a persistent pattern between Washington and Florida, with a detour to Marrakesh—a destination that suggests a brief personal or business retreat before returning to the corporate headquarters.
