Netflix flew from Oakland to Warsaw on June 15, 2026, touching down at Modlin Airport after an 11-hour crossing aboard its Gulfstream G550, N533GV. The trip lands the streaming giant in Poland the same week its co-CEOs are publicly reinforcing the company’s European commitments.
The Warsaw arrival follows the formal opening of Netflix’s new Warsaw office, which houses 300 staff and its only technology hub outside the United States. Co-CEO Greg Peters traveled to Poland for the inauguration, per the Hollywood Reporter, calling the country home to “outstanding creative talent.” The same week, co-CEO Ted Sarandos met Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni in Rome, where she urged him to boost investments in Italy, according to ANSA. The twin meetings underscore a coordinated push to deepen ties across Central and Eastern Europe as Netflix’s Q1 2026 revenue grew 17 percent in the EMEA region, per Variety.
Warsaw has been a recurring destination in Netflix’s flight history — the company’s home base is San Jose, but the Gulfstream’s pattern of transatlantic swings reflects a company whose business development now routinely spans five continents. The destination, rather than a single event, marks an investment in place, one the office opening made literal.
