Recent flight history shows multiple round trips between KOAK and KSBA, and the plane just returned to KOAK from a cross-country trip, making a short hop to Santa Barbara plausible. Past predictions that favored KCNO were often wrong, so I bias toward the more recent and aligned KSBA. KLAX and KCRQ are also aligned and recurring, serving as reasonable alternates.
