The aircraft is heading nearly due north at 353°, and the only candidate with a reasonably small Δhdg is KSEA at 39°, which is still close enough to be plausible for a destination north-west of the current position. Although no candidate is within the strict 25° alignment threshold, the plane is climbing out (3950 ft, 263 kt) and may still be turning toward a final course; KSEA is a recurring destination for Cisco. EGLL is also a recurring destination but has a larger Δhdg and is much farther. Past predictions on this subject have often been wrong when guessing away from recent patterns, so I am biasing toward the northward track and a frequent destination.
